Born in Portland, OR and raised in poverty, I joined the Marine Corps straight out of high school because I couldn’t afford a formal education. After my time in the service, I was able to attend Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, ID and quickly found that formal education was a waste of time and money for me. After developing my career capital at various technical employers in the Boise, ID area, I started my own technical services company that now provides a significant passive income stream. I went on to start a real estate company as well as help my wife start a Surrogacy agency, both of which provide additional passive income. Now we are able to focus our time on raising our two children and volunteer at multiple non-profit organizations in our area, as well as empower others with the skills and tools necessary to develop the same lifestyle we have been blessed with.
